4.  You should know how to analyze your data through Google Analytics, Flurry, Distimo, AppAnnie, etc. Tracking is super important. Put this data into a funnel. The AIDA funnel for example Attraction, Interest, Desire, and Action. Then, see where you are good, where you are bad, and take measures to optimize.
  
5.   You should be able to settle viral marketing strategies. For this, you can use funny videos and pictures, organize competitions, viral gamification tools, etc. Don’t’ forget to set easy online sharing tools of your best posts and actions for your followers, collaborators and customers through Twitter, facebook like, TikTok, Linkedin ads, Pinterest, Instagram etc.

6.  Build a viral marketing loop. Watch your reviews, set easy ways of communication with your customer. Check the result of your mailing actions with mailchimp or Hubspot. Implement an automated process to use all the feedback you get.  Satisfy the claims of your customers and transform them in evangelists of your product.

7.  A/B Testing. Test your design, your posts, your workflows. Don’t forget you can attract users through their curiosity and vanity.

8.  You should know about UX (User experience). Make easy qualitative and quantitative tests of your marketing initiatives and of your new features before developing them.

9.  Be fast and use the Lean startup strategy. Don’t lose time in developing too much, try your strategies on the market as soon as possible.

10. Cross Promote. Find strategic partners with who to exchange downloads, services or products for free.

11.Test, optimize and put a priority on the best growth strategies for your project. Don’t forget to be creative combining several strategies and using new ones.
